Walking distance to elementary and middle schools
Mandalay Palms Apartment is near Dallas ISD schools (Ronald Erwin McNair Elementary School and David W. Carter High School) both about 1 mile away. Ronald Erwin McNair Elementary School is near the apartment complex. We are only 10 minutes away from the world-renowned university: Southern Methodist University (SMU).
Gym with renovated room and new equipment
We have completely redone the entire room with new floors, paint and equipment. The gym also has new equipment, such as, treadmill, elliptical, and free-weights. There is no need to join an expensive gym when you have a nice fitness center on-site and can walk there. Kick that New Year’s resolution in high-gear and take advantage of the gym at Mandalay Palms Apartments!
Swimming (2) pools
Our wonderful apartment has a beautiful swimming pools for our residents and their guests. The pool is well maintained and includes pool chairs and benches for sunbathers. The pool is open when appropriate for swimming and are closed during the Fall and Winter months. We refuse to allow anyone that may cause harm to others or is not a resident of the apartment complex for the safety and security of our residents.
Multiple gazebos on the site for parties and picnics
We have multiple gazebos on the property for the community to enjoy. Residents can have birthday parties, bar-b-ques, picnics or family parties. Enjoy the shade and cool breeze on a warm summer day. The gazebos are large for many of your friends and family to enjoy and have fun.
Fireplace and wet-bar in living room
Enjoy a warm Winter night by the fireplace or entertain friends and family around the wet-bar. It’s a wonderful way to have a party or a get together! We have great amenities to make your busy life more comfortable and for you to recharge. Note: do not leave fireplace unattended when in use.
Several playgrounds for kids on the property
We have multiple playgrounds on the property for the community and kids to enjoy. Kids can play with their friends on the playground. Please be sure to ready the safety signs and playground rules before having your kids play. Safety is our top priority! Enjoy and have fun on the playgrounds.
Fenced community with friendly neighbors
We take security seriously! We do a background check on all our tenants. In addition, our maintenance staff and property manager both stay onsite and they would not stay there with their families unless it was safe. We have also installed new, energy efficient flood lights around the property so that it is well lit in the evening. In addition, to wrought iron fence around the property, we have also installed digital cameras. Spanish Hacienda Apts also supports the Fort Worth Police Association.
Lowest rent in the area
We have the lowest rent per square feet in the entire Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. Our rent varies based on the size of the floor plan. We have smaller 1 and 2 bedroom units for singles, couples and young families. We also have a spacious 3 bedroom units for larger family. There is plenty of parking and we have now installed bright lights around the property for your safety.
On-site laundry facility & washer/dryer hook-up
We always want to make sure that everyone is looking their best and that is why our laundry facility is one of the cheapest in the area. It is also much more convenient for our our residents to walk just few feet to get their clothes washed and dried. In addition, each unit comes with the hook-up for your private washer and dryer. Either way, we have you covered.
24-hour emergency maintenance staff
Our maintenance staff live on the property and they are always available via the 24-Hour Maintenance Emergency Phone Number. We can never be sure of when accidents happen or when something does not work properly, that is why we have our maintenance staff stay on site to meet your every need. If something is not working then come by our leasing office and we will take care of the problem!
Energy efficient lights and toilets
We love our mother and mother-nature so that is why we focus on making sure all our apartment units have high-efficient energy bulbs and water efficient toilets. We have also installed high-efficiency flood lights on the property so we use less energy & help reduce our carbon footprint. So turn-off lights when not in use & turn off water while brushing your teeth!
On-site surveillance cameras
We have strategically placed many camera on our property to ensure the safety of all our tenants. Our top priority is the safety of you and your kids. We screen all our tenants and do a background check to make sure we only bring responsible families in to our apartment community.
Regular resident activities
We try to have regular resident activities from summer parties to Halloween parties to holiday family photo session. We all work hard so it is great when we can get together as a community and enjoy the good time!
